break down and do it

I gave up trying to cultivate my own yeast from apples. I couldn’t find any that hadn’t been sprayed and treated, and cider has all been pasteurized anyway. I don’t think you can sell it without doing that.
I priced organic cider at a shop and it worked out to about 14 dollars a gallon.

So I ordered some yeast and an airlock and some sterlizing crystals and put them to work. Arrived today.
That plus postage is about 10 bucks.
I have containers and need to find some cider around that’s less than say 4.50 a gallon.
